This section is for serious complaints about unfair practices in a Web Competition. It is not a joke and offenders will be dealt with severely.
First of all:
»» Have you gone through your competition's proper channels? EG. contacted your leader about the problem. ( if not you MUST do this first )
»» Has there been sufficent time allowed for a response from your leader or competition managers? ( allow at least one week )
»» Have you requested a response more than one time?
»» Are you sure there is nothing else you can do to resolve the problem?
If you feel you have answered the questions honestly, proceed to read the steps on how to send a complaint.
In your complaint you MUST include:
»» Your website name and URL.
»» Your name you use in competition.
»» The full name and URL of the competition you are filing against.
»» The group you belong to in the competition.
»» Your leaders name and e-mail address.
»» Complete details of what the problem is and what you have tried to do to rectify it.
Failure to include ANY of the above information will result in NO action being taken by the I.A.W.C.
